Compensate supervisors, managers etc. On what the really do. My job title says one thing, but, I actually do 3 other jobs under that title but, no one knows. Bon Secours needs to make it required to update or change supervisors and managers job descriptions everyone once in a while because I am only getting paid for one job duty when actually I do several and it it's fair to say to compensate me for it. I am getting paid below the national average for My job title.

Dr. Ross is great man but too lacks about making others accountable. The same issues continue to happened with upper management leadership, patient safety and quality of care. It has to be God that has kept this place open all this time. There are many great processes in place but consistency over time continues to be a real problem.
