awesome company to work for
Food and Beverage Waitress (Former Employee), Cape Coral, FLJune 13, 2013
Pros: easy side work
Cons: absolutely no cigarette breaks
I got fired for a customer complaint that didnt have a servers name on it but only a description of a girl which could have fit a bunch of us. My G.M. said he was fighting for me all day but corporate said hehad no choce but to fire me. So i called corporate and they didnt know at all what i was talking about so I dont know who was lying or what not – more... but i felt that was very unprofessional and unfair. Other then that I loved my Job, my coworker, and especially my customers. while working there I got married and had 2 pregnancies and they gave me the time off i needed and were very supportive. My favorite thing about Bonefish Grill was not getting out late, even in season it was very reasonable which was very important to me being that I have 2 toddlers to get home to. – less

productive and fun workplace
Server/Hostess (Former Employee), Montgomery, ALMay 17, 2013
A typical day at work would consist of contacting delinquent customers, assisting customers with their fundraising needs, and filing customer information. The management team and co-workers were supportive. The hardest part of the job was leaving. The most enjoyable part of the job was completing my tasks and learning new ones.
