The staff at Bonney Services are very friendly, professional and helpful. They treat workers well and do their best to secure jobs for us. Unfortunately the pay and benefits are minimal; insurance requires many hours of service before kicking in and the pay is low for the work done (e.g. administrative secretarial just gets $10 an hour; in the real – more...  world, $15 would be min.) I liked working for this company, however, their benefits for temporary jobs was not very good. You have to work 1000 hours just to get one 8-hour paid time off. Even working full time and overtime, it takes about 6 months to achieve this. Other than that, it was a good in between job after having no job for 7 months.
