More better place to work at and to be very polite and helpful to the customers.
I would recommend giving the employee at least the going rate for the job they do, not lowball them, and possibly more depending upon the individual's experience. Take care of the employee, and they will gladly take care of the customer.
Make communication better between all levels of management. Make sure that all employees get paid fairly. I would also hope to convince them to promote from within.
Organize the employee structure of my particular store to compensate for the current attitude so that the store can function in a manner which will allow proper customer service and practicality.

Pay abetter wage. Offer incentives.
Pay rate should be higher. With all of the metrics that need to be met especially in a low volume store isn't the easiest. When you don't make those goals and you bring the team down it's disciplinary. Also promoting within the company. That one is HUGE! I absolutely love working for the company and work my tail off, promoting within would be fantastic. As well and more full time positions. I want to put my all into the company and being set back from that is not fun.
I wish prices were not so expensive, the start pay rate would be more.

I would promote within the company. BootBarn needs to take interest in training and developing the people they have instead of overlooking them and hiring from the outside. Just wished I was valued as an employee.
