Have some knowledge and passion about the western lifestyle and culture. Come to your interview dressed appropriately and expect to wear western clothing and boots every day. This is by no means an "easy" job. You are expected to sell, upsell, and work hard at all times!

If you are in Kansas run fast from this company! District and regional managers will not value you and Discriminate at will. No one will back you up. The fun atmosphere is an illusion.

Have knowledge of western wear and boots. Come to the interview in western wear and expect to wear the clothes and boots everyday to work. The interview questions are usually simple situation, task, action, results questions.
