Middle management destroys all the positive aspects of this company. Most are paranoid about their abilities and they fail to foster a team spirit. They are email bullies and utilize subordinate "stoolies" to bring them false information which they use break morale by making weak unprofessional decisions.
It does not matter how much experience, skills,and – more... talents you have. They do not know how you use the employee as a resource to improve the company. The more you have, the more they will ride your butt. They use the ESOP benefit as a reason why you should tolerate their abuse.
