I get a lot of hours so I make good money but only at my own sacrifice. Constantly asked to conform to new policies and protocol but rarely rewarded for hard work. Ive been here two and a half years and make about as much as new hires.

If you want to advance in a company and aren't in tight with management, then forget about it. On average raises come about every 2-3 years after begging and threatening to leave. Will fire you in a heartbeat to keep there pretty track record looking pretty.
Field Service Technician (Former Employee) – Mandan, ND – October 20, 2017
A prime example of how an oilfield company can successfully operate. Management is honest and fair with employees at all times Deserving employees are recognized and rewarded accordingly. The compensation package is well above average for like companies in the oil and gas industry. If you conduct yourself in a manner that reflects honesty, dependability and a commitment to doing the right thing, opportunities will be availible.
