Assembler, production (Current Employee) – north charleston, sc – December 6, 2013
my night at work strarted at 9p.m. i came in put my work coat on and said goodmorning to my co-workers. when i got to my work station for the night to relieve the other worker he or she told me if there if was any problems they were having and what to look for when inspecting the parts. what i learn at this jobs how be very tedious and repetitious inspection. The management there was very informative and a day to day basis to make sure you knew what to look for with the parts. My co-workers was very social when it came to everybody being on the same page. The hardest part was the extensive overtime every week but it was worth it.
It was a very productive working place and a good learning experience.
Intern (Former Employee) – West Memphis, AR – June 20, 2017
It was a good work environment and there was plenty of work all the time. The shifts ran very smoothly and everyone worked together as a team so that made working much easier. I gained experience in areas that I once knew nothing about.
Assembly line worker/ Quality Inspector (Former Employee) – Arkansas – June 1, 2017
My words wold there need to be more work areas for women that dont require women to lift like men more areas for women to quality control areas thats why alot of the women are leaving moreover pay needs to be raised.
Overall, a great place to work. Lots of variety in jobs and products. Manufacturing and design, as well as other support functions are on site. Pretty solid work force, a bit more competition could raise the bar.
