Fast-paced role while working as a team

Check e-mails/voice messages, get quote from vendors on specific medical supplies, receive inventory into system, pull items from shelf as they are asked to be packed, electronically remove inventory as picked, communicate with team members on medical supplies needed, check expiration dates on medicines/medical supplies, communicate with manager on any issues/concerns/ideas. The hardest part of the job is figuring out what exactly the team needs in order to perform their surgeries. The most enjoyable part of the job is handling all of the different types of medical supplies and learning what supplies do for each type of eye condition. I learned how to be extremely detail-oriented and to how work very closely with my coworker.

My manager did not know how to manage

When you have one person to manage and never speak to them then you clearly need to figure out how to manage before treating someone so poorly and then figuring out things to make up after the employee repeatedly asks for help.

Company with a good mission of providing jobs for people who are blind. Employees care about the mission. Learned how to accept disabilities and not even "see" them after a while.
