It's not all that bad, but it's far from being the greatest place to work in my opinion, especially in the kitchen. My co-workers were the best, and most amazing people i've ever worked with. Though the amount of stress you deal with in the kitchen is a lot, the managers are constantly breathing down your neck, they don't help, they have no sense of leadership at all, and have no respect for their employees! They're so focused on getting the job done but they don't know how to motivate employees to want to see results, and rarely this behavior breeds high performance in any organization! They will fail the kitchen miserably with this behavior!
