Have always enjoyed working for this company as it is always busy and my colleagues are friendly and supportive. The most challenging aspect of the department is the exceptionally high work volume and limited assistance to job duties - particularly in processing payments which come by the boat load at the beginning / end of every month cycle. The client volume is also high with limited assistance. This adds to the stress and limited capabilities of any growth potential in the department. Office politics add to the stress but happens in every job environment.
