Community Investment (CRA) Intern (Former Employee) – Boston, MA – April 12, 2017
the tasks were fairly simple and the staff were very kind and helpful. The projects can vary from challenging/ complex to simple as making copies. I had my own cubical and it was very nice but there was not a lot of interaction with others. Everyone kept to themselves but they were very nice. The hardest part of the day was leaving because you're so motivated to finish the projects and start the new ones.
Loan Servicing Specialist 1 (Current Employee) – 10 Post Office Square – July 6, 2015
Have always enjoyed working for this company as it is always busy and my colleagues are friendly and supportive. The most challenging aspect of the department is the exceptionally high work volume and limited assistance to job duties - particularly in processing payments which come by the boat load at the beginning / end of every month cycle. The client volume is also high with limited assistance. This adds to the stress and limited capabilities of any growth potential in the department. Office politics add to the stress but happens in every job environment.
Client Service Representative (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – June 24, 2015
TD Bank was a great place to work for. They are very customer focused. Although, there is not a great work life balance. They have very long hours. They also dont staff their offices well. There offices are too busy for the amount of people they have.
Trust Operations Specialist (Former Employee) – San Mateo, CA – November 14, 2013
Drastic change from the typical community bank we were used to as Borel Private Bank. Great environment, great client relation, over the top service, etc. Then when Boston took over, it was different in every way.
