I was hired a long, long time ago. It was resume/application based, pretty compact time-frame, very few interviews, about an hour each, question and answer format. Clear indication at each step of the way what was next.

The hours were long and they were all busy with high expectations for production and flexibility. I thrived, and it gave people with a good wok ethic and less gilt-edged credentials a chance to compete and succeed. It was like playing sports. I loved it.
