Ex manager (Former Employee) –  Essex, Devon, Kent, North Yorkshire, NorfolkJanuary 25, 2015
worst company you can ever work for!! Trust me go for a casual retail job instead. This company still runs by slave labour treat you like utter rubbish and expect more and more. When you need something it not in the budget is their favourite term to use. It's all about money money money and nothing to do with making people's holiday great and fun. I could name and shame loads on here but not. If a director come for a visit it the only time you see management and they rushing round screaming at everyone with a rocket up their a.... You ask any questions you get fired or forced out. They hire and fired people daily. Food really expensive only min discount. You need work 4/5 years before a chance of a permanent job. Most of the buildings/complexes leak or about to fall down.
Pros
friends
Cons
no life, poor wage, treated badly

Dogs Body (Current Employee) –  Somewhere where i wish i had never beenSeptember 1, 2014
Experience and knowledge count for nothing if over 40, appoint people with little or no knowledge, not allowed to voice an opnion or share your thoughts at risk of being fired, head office do not question why so many staff leave in short spaces of time, utter shambles
Pros
good team
Cons
pay, lack of respect, heavy trollies to push all over site

Work at one of the sites (wouldnt dare put which), where decent members of 'team' are given little to no job training..just taught how to smile. No reviews, little progression and masses of politics. Department run on fear. Worst job ever!
Pros
nights out
Cons
low pay and respect

Cons
short hours, rude staff, lack of supplies and training
