Cons: lawsuit rich environment
A day at work: Clock in, insert ads at assigned station, reassigned next shift, clock out
What I've learned: Appreciate the job, and the supervisors MAY appreciate you.
Management: The supervisor I worked with should be manager. The manager was fair in arbitration, but the supervisor does more than the manager
Co-Workers: I'm retelling this as it was, although it will look like I have numerous baseless complaints. One had a drinking problem, but still was allowed to work there, although sent home if drunk. Two always griped about everything, and one of them micromanaged. One had NO hygiene, but we could not report him, and reporting him would NOT be confidential. Everyone else was average or temporary.
Hardest Aspect: Aside from the hours and fast pace inherent in this kind of work, the work violations I've witnessed would have to be at least ten.
Enjoyable Aspect: Being mobile and energetic was a necessity, but I liked it! Even with all the cons listed, I enjoyed this job.
