Pros: None
Cons: take 3 min away from your 30 min break
Fairburn Ga. Plant, This company is lacking so much when it come down to Supervisor , human resources and management; It's all about them!! No respect for the employees at all. Show favoritism and no shame of showing it off in your face.

Shipping Clerk (Current Employee), Fairburn, GAFebruary 22, 2015
Boyd is very small but there's so much that goes on at the place. Human resources is one lady, no forklift safety rules are enforced, and there's always an issue.

Overall a Good place too Work
Supervisor/Manager (Current Employee), Fairburn, GAJanuary 19, 2015
Pros: meeting new people
Cons: healthcare, advancement
Typical day would include turning on all the machines in my area to heat up etc, Schedule cells and material handling.

I learned alot about manufacturing and managing people and building teams, and maintaining and exceeding goals.

Management is very hands on, and follow up very well.

Most co- workers did their part in helping the company

Hardest part of my job is fire fighting, handling every issue such as
lack of material to produce job, and mechanical issues.

Most enjoyable part of the job is to help people when needed, such as work and life skills

Very demanding due to growth and changes
Machine Operator/Forklift Operator (Former Employee), Portland, ORMay 28, 2013
Pros: working with good people who are dedicated
Cons: bad management, no communication, high turn over on temporary work force
Due to some of the resent changes due to being bought by two Investment firms in the last years, it has lost it identity on who and what they are and can become. The only culture that has been installed in its work force is fear and intimidation.
They rely to heavily on the temporary work force, and use them to replace experienced workers.
For most small room for advancement.
Lack of communication between management and production.
