Pros: working with good people who are dedicated
Cons: bad management, no communication, high turn over on temporary work force
Due to some of the resent changes due to being bought by two Investment firms in the last years, it has lost it identity on who and what they are and can become. The only culture that has been installed in its work force is fear and intimidation.
They rely to heavily on the temporary work force, and use them to replace experienced workers.
