Established cosmetic surgery practice located in Birmingham, Michigan seeks an experienced office manager. Excellent opportunity for candidate with demonstrable experience as leader of a medical staff team responsible for patient care and medical office operations.

This position oversees clinical and front staff teams and day-to-day operational functions for a busy medical practice, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities include patient services, office administrative duties, select financial reports, inventory management, and personnel supervision and scheduling.

The successful applicant possesses superior organizational skills, attention to detail, teaming skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is trustworthy and computer literate. Must be proficient in PC and basic Microsoft Office software; Electronic medical record (EMR) software experience is a plus.

Preference will be given to candidates with successful previous experience in management and medical.
