The Boys & Girls Clubs of Indian River County is a private, non-profit agency chartered by Boys & Girls Clubs of Americawith policy set by a volunteer Board of Directors assisted by unit Advisory Councils comprised of local residents. The agency is managed by a full-time President/CEO, assisted by full-time career professionals, part-time assistants – more... and program volunteers. The organization currently operates three professionally staffed, fully-equipped facilities offering daily programs promoting the health, social, educational, vocational and character development of youth ages 6-18. In addition, it operates a teen community service outreach program - Youth Volunteer Corps (YVC) - that enriches the lives of youth through volunteer opportunities while addressing community needs.
