Specialty Clinic Staff Nurse - Allergy Department (Former Employee) –  Omaha, NESeptember 21, 2017
Great benefits and 401 K. Onsite employee pharmacy. OK place to work if you don't question decisions made and just follow orders like robots. If you have an opinion or idea, don't bother voicing them or you will be on the targeted list.

Shift Manger (Former Employee) –  Omaha, NEJuly 7, 2017
This program offers great opportunities for youth, but little advancement opportunities are few and far between. The environment is high stress and there is little support for those who give up much of their time for the program. Benefits are excellent and pay is average.

Registered Staff Nurse (Former Employee) –  Omaha, NEAugust 16, 2014
Most work days were split between answering phone calls from parents and rooming patients to see the GI physicians.
I learned so much about pediatric GI diseases and conditions
Management was there for any questions or problems that came up
My co-workers were very hard working, knowledgeable, and fun to work with
Hardest part of the job was when the the chronic kids were sick
The most enjoyable part of the job was helping the parents get a procedure or a medication approved. They really appreciated our time and effort.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
When the phone calls got crazy

Behavioral Health Technician Level II (Current Employee) –  Omaha, NEDecember 12, 2013
I provide direct care for youth with behavioral health issues. The management truly care about their staff by showing appreciation as this profession can be hard work and many hours spent with non-compliant youth. The hardest part about this career is watching youth leave the program on a bad note because they chose not to participate in their treatment by choosing defiant behaviors. I enjoy this job for the simply fact, I am making a difference in the lives of the youth who may not have positive role models in their life.

The people make this place great.
Behavioral Health Tech3 (Former Employee) –  Omaha, NEJuly 13, 2012
Worked at the Intensive residential treatment center in Omaha as a tech... The job was definitely challenging, but the immediate management team always has your back. The higher you go in the chain of command however, the less you feel the support. Its understandable due to the separation they need to make regarding the welfare of the youth. No one would want the police chief automatically taking the side of a police officer that could be in the wrong. Overall, this place taught me more than I can thank them for.
Pros
you really get to help people
Cons
you might have to dance the hokey pokey
