BP says Angola cuts back to meet OPEC quota
Sonangol EP, Angola’s state-owned oil company, requested operators to cut crude production to comply with the OPEC quota, BP Plc said. Operators were informed individually by Sonangol to reduce extraction from Jan. 1, Sheila Williams, a BP spokeswoman in London, said today by phone. She declined to give further details.
