Project Specialist - Specialty Clinical Services (Current Employee) – Wayne, PA – September 3, 2012
From day one, you hit the ground running. You learn about several Bracket-specific services offered and become an integral part of a 4-6 person team. Starting as a contractor may not seem appealing but it provides you with a chance to learn everything from the ground up. Everyone is very friendly and most are in their 20s and 30s which makes the company more fun. They use a lot of acronyms that you need to pick up on as it becomes second nature to use them without giving it a second thought. They expect a lot from you as from day one, you could be speaking directly with clients.
free soda vending machine, holiday party, welcome breakfasts, birthday celebrations, employee appreciation day
no overtime for full time employees, sometimes long hours (dependent on projects), favoritism

Do not work there unless you are desperate. The worst cut-throat environment I have ever experienced with a micro-management philosophy that pushes you to record your activities per 15 minutes. They give you 4 weeks vacation but expect you to work during your vacation time and even during national holidays...

Being a part of a company that helps bring drugs to market to help people is rewarding. Everyone works hard and puts in very long hours. The company grows so fast that it's hard to keep up with adding enough employees to manage everything. This causes problems with job work/life balance. New management has come in and communication, respect for others experience, and working as a team is a thing of the past now.
Great benefits, people are awesome, we have fun
Lack of respect from new upper management, no career development
