There is a gap between management and junior level employees. There isn't a middle level. This means that everyone is doing a lot of different tasks. So you get a lot of varied experiences. However, everyone seems overworked and on the verge of burnout, which explains the high turnover rate. Compensation isn't that great, especially with the level of responsibility junior staff are expected to assume.
