Support Specialist II- RT/Oncology, Westchester, IL - January 26, 2013
Worked as a service rep performing installs, service and/or maintenance to medical computer equipment. The schedule could vary daily and lots of travel was involved. Technical work was involved but customer service was the main responsibility and that could be a bad or good thing depending on the person doing it. Interesting place to work but it can end up being very exhausting.
