Title says it all....they had a great product in a great market with a need. Then they decided to play in a space (Sales Enablement) where they don't have an ideal fit. This has been the problem for nearly two years. They simply cannot develop the platform to address the needs of clients....or price it so that it is relevant as an incomplete solution.
Good people have left or have been let go. The only ones that are still there are people that fall in step with the CEO's unrealistic vision and his inability to execute on anything.
