Pros: hour long lunch, benefits, hours are good, nice environment, key card access to building
Cons: call centers can be stressful work
Bresnan Communications is a friendly, secure environment to work at. They hired me with no call center experience and trained me, the managers are generally available for questions, support and concerns, and the benefits are wonderful. Probably the best place I've ever worked, it was a shame to have to leave (I moved out of state).
