Work started early but it was a 24 hour practice. I learned to work closely under doctors, get more information on diseases and medical terminology for veterinary care. Management was either hovering or not interested in what happened in the rest of the facility or not too interested on how they could keep their employees uplifted and happy on the job. The hardest part was training and different ways people trained; not uniformed training. The most enjoyable part was working with the animals and learning from the doctors.
