Brickman is a great place to work. If you do your job, they are flexible and offer a decent salary and excellent benefits. I miss working at my Poughkeepsie branch. I loved my job and worked for a great group of guys.

Brickman has great benefits and they are serving an ever changing industry. The Sr. Mangers have spent their entire careers in the industry and will not be outworked.

This was my first job out of college. A typical day included me designing hand drawn and digital designs for the company's commercial clients. My co-workers were really helpful when I was transitioning from a student to a professional. There were people from the office that had different backgrounds and so there was always someone who could offer different – more...  perspectives to any design issues that I had. The hardest part of the job was also the most enjoyable part of the job. After a while, it seemed like the designs that I had to create, I had done them several times before; the entrance to an office building, a parking lot island, or an employee sitting area. It was difficult to come up with an original design for something that I had done some many times before. But I enjoyed the challenge and also the satisfaction of creating unique designs. – less
