This company only cares about MONEY MONEY MONEY!!! There products that they sale doesn’t work and everything here is overpriced for no reason. No weekends off, you can’t reach 40 hours, the pay sucks& they want you to travel to every office on short notice. Get your experience and move on.
RDA (Former Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – March 4, 2018

Patient Service Representative (Current Employee) – Austin, TX – March 1, 2018
The Director of Operations down to the office level management are all incompetent. You will be overworked, you will be underpaid, you will be stressed to your wits end due to the ever changing doctors, ever changing policies & never having enough staff. There is constant pressure to push products & treatment that patients do not need just to make sales goals. Doctors are inexperienced and all foreign (India or Korean) very disrespectful, a a very noticeable culture difference in terms of how a corporate company works & how to treat employees. AVOID THIS SINKING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Patient Care Coordinator (Former Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – February 2, 2018
For being an occupation at a dentist office it was a lot more stressful and a more fast-paced environment than I thought it would be. The office manager at the time I was hired and trained was still very green which I believe contributed to the lack of training I should have received.
PCC (Former Employee) – San Antonio, TX – December 22, 2017
The company has no compassion for its employees, and only cares for new business and profit. It has no concern for overloading an understaffed office with call center appointments on top of a full day of scheduled treatment. Leaving not only the staff, but the patients overwhelmed with wait times being over an hour. Would not reapply or refer friends here .
Free Lunches, Friendly staff, great management
Short breaks, uncooperative doctors, untrained staff
New Patient Services Representative (Former Employee) – Lewisville, TX – December 11, 2017
A typical day at work you come in and make and receive calls. You can not be in available no more than 1 minute. I actually learned a lot about the dental industry. Management is very hard with very little understanding of family values. Management is very often unfair. The workplace culture is only geared towards one culture. That is the latin culture. The hardest part of the job is working with management. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping patients.
Patient Care Coordinator (Current Employee) – Waco, TX – November 17, 2017
They have zero care for employees or patients. We no longer get incentives based on our work, but on everyone's as a whole. Everyone has to work every Saturday and you get a guilt trip if you ask for days off.
Staff (Former Employee) – San Antonio, TX – September 26, 2017
Do not work here. Pay is horrible, you have to request time off 1 month in advance and even then it gets declined. Plus when you put your 2 weeks notice, you are not able to cash out or even use your vacation time. The environment is very cut-throat and very stressful. This company treats patients horribly.
Patient Care Coordinator (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – July 26, 2017
It's a good place to work as long as you have a good leader ...it doesn't work well if you don't know anything about the dental field and they just throw you in there expecting to know everything in 1 week .
Patient Care Coordinator (Former Employee) – Fort Worth, TX – June 17, 2017
Good company to work for if you are new to the industry. Good experience. Patients are crazy! Stay professional and you will be okay! I learned alot from back staff, but i pretty much taught myself the front position. Managers are more worried about pleasing their boss rather than being the CEO of their dental office. Managers should have more concern for their employees, instead of being a mule to the Director of Operations. Would never go back to the front, but would take a position in clinical with a good doctor! =)
Patient Care Coordinator (Former Employee) – Waco, TX – June 12, 2017
Not the best place to work they want you to scam people for their money they don't care about the patient they're only about money nothing else. They'll fire you if you don't make enough sales or harass you to quit if they don't have a reason to fire you. Brident sucks so does corporate
Registered Dental Assistant (Current Employee) – San Antonio, TX – May 22, 2017
very poor and unprofessional manager at the 78229 office will yell and embarrass her employees in front of patients. Does poor scheduling. Doesn't dress or play the part as a manager. Dates employees also.
