Quite fast, I met with a skills trade committee who tested me on my technical back ground and then with HR for a final interview,

When you first are called you have to go take a test to see if you qualify to work at Bridgestone, after that you will b called for an interview. The interview is 2 hours long and you have 2 interviews and they are 1 hour each. Each interview has 3 current employees, supervisors, or hr reps to interview you.
