Bridgewater Bank is an entrepreneurial bank, helping business owners grow their businesses and real estate portfolios. Currently, we are based in Bloomington, MN and have branch locations in Greenwood (Minneapolis West) and Downtown Minneapolis.
Due to our successful growth and profitability, we have a new open position for an Operations Manager located in our Bloomington office. The Operations Manager will oversee the entire day to day activities of the Operations department of the bank in order to develop an effective operating system that provides efficient customer service. The Manager will oversee a team of two to three individuals. The Manager will also help identify “Best Practices”, create and implement operational policies and procedures; be involved in the Bank’s product and service development plans, communicate with and support the loan and credit staff to meet financial and operational objectives; and, supervise, train and develop Operations team members.
This is a full time position. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; at least seven to ten years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Knowledge of Fiserv systems, other ancillary systems, Microsoft Office, Cash Management systems and Bank products/services is preferred. Ideally candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong mathematical and reasoning skills and previous management experience.
