I'm starting at the call center soon and would like to hear from anyone who doesn't have a negative comment to post....is it really that bad working there? Every job I've had comes with productivity monitoring, bad managers, etc. What is the upsell commission percentage? Is there a cafeteria at 700 carillon pksy st pete......anything positive would help me decide to quit my other job which has no benefits or much of a salary anyway.....thanks
