Tech Help Desk Specialist (Former Employee), Orlando, FloridaFebruary 18, 2014
Pros: does not feel like corporate culture, informal.
Cons: lacked professionalism, company morale builders where childish. video games, raffles made company feel like it was a fun place for high school teenagers, higher more competitive wages would more valued.
Provides great products, has great repetition in the Orlando area. Although working for the organization lacked solid organization, direction, and consistency. Company policy was very informal and easy going which was a plus but work load was stressful, and had many ceilings in each department.

Working at Bright House
Direct Sales Clerk/Customer Service (Current Employee), Bakersfield, CAFebruary 13, 2014
Pros: some overtime and free lunches as incentives.
Cons: some heavy calls that make it difficult to have regular breaks.
I have worked for Bright House Networks for a number of years. A typical day at work involves a large volume of calls and heavy data entry. In addition myself and my co-worker enter data into our corporate data base of Leasing Agents who have submitted leads. These leads when they develop into sales are processed and paid accordingly.

Privately owned and in the midst of major changes.
Sr. Learning & Development Specialist (Current Employee), Saint Petersburg, FLJanuary 28, 2014
The changes are happening at such a fast pace, workers are getting lost in the shuffle. They have also eliminated many positions or moved them to locations on the other side of Florida.

Be aware of the bad reviews... I love this company
Undisclosed (Current Employee), UndisclosedNovember 7, 2013
Pros: great benefits, they let you have days off, free coffee
Cons: nothing i see at the moment, i love my job
This company is great and amazing. You have to understand most of the reviews seem to be coming from uneducated / unexperienced individuals based off of the service. I admit some parts of the company have their hard times like ANY CALL CENTER ... Call center work sucks, even service field work sucks that does not represent the company as a whole though. – more... I've been here about a year and the negative reviews i've yet to find a manager that was not caring or understanding. The hardest part of the job is the feeling of not "moving forward"... But if you don't have education or experience to qualify you to advance then don't rate the company bad... Make yourself more valuable if you think "you're worth more" ... Don't slander the company based off your inexperience or lack of education. – less
