Certified Nurse's Assistant (Former Employee), Austin, TXMarch 11, 2015
Brightstar Care Austin fosters a team attitude. They are growing faster than they can hire reliable and quality employees so this can stress the current resources. Every day is different, schedule is quite flexible. Pay is entry level.

Pros: brightstar offers a 00:30 lunch and a 00:30 break.
Brightstar is a place were you can accomplish any goals you have . I have gain alot of knowledge and was able to work my way up with all my co-workers help. Everyday we have to work with many different quantity of orders. We never know how much work we will have but we always try our best to get everything out on time and in the correct way. Brightstar is a cellphone company every day we have to work with different type of phones, different quantities per order and different shipments like FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, Ups and Mail Innovation. I like my job very much, but I'm looking forward for a fisrt shift job and a place were i can get hired in. Brightstar isn't offering that right now so I decide to move forward.

It was a good company to work with and very loyal.
Production (Former Employee), Caguas, PRSeptember 1, 2014
I worked with the phone repairments and insurance. I learned how to repair cell phones and work with others. I managed to keep in task what I was meant to do and what I was told to do. I worked well with my co-workers and we would always begin to come up with agreements about a problem. The hardest part was knowing which part of the phone to fix. The most enjoyable part of my job was seeing that the customers were satisfied with my work.

Pros: very fullfilling
Cons: managment issues, not organized, not treated appropriatly.
Brightstar is a nice place to work, but there are many flaws. the people upfront that take all the calls are rude. people complain, but nothing gets done about it. you don't get paid on time most of the time. but it is fulfilling working with the disabled. most families are nice.

The best part is you get to make your own schedule. The bad part is there may not be enough hours available for work at time. Management is friendly and will scratch your back for helping them out.
