Corporate does not care one bit about managers.
Pros: nice buildings. nice residents
Cons: low pay, under staffed, no help from corporate, non-caring about mid-management
This company is a cult. No matter how good you are at your job or how great the residents rate you on surveys, it goes unnoticed. The company focuses on the front line staff and ignores manager issues when reported. If you are lucky enough to be the Executive Director you can do anything you want include break federal laws including harassment, HIPAA, Workers Comp, and labor laws. There is no one to turn to at corporate when your Executive Director is abusing the power given to them. Brightview forces staff to work double shifts using the guilt trip. They do not have shift differential pay for 3rd shift employees. As for the environment... great buildings, great residents. After 6 years of dedicated service you'll get $300 cash in which you get taxed at 40%. Yay Brightview.
