Linked/Activated Payroll Cards: Responsible for coordinating logistics associated with ensuring that customers received updated information related to online banking access
Responsible for coordinating communication between clients and card holders by scheduling meetings, proving e-mail notifications, conference calls, etc.
Responsible for handling all incoming calls in compliance with card holder accounts
Such as stop payment issues, pin resets, or any other discrepancies
Handled wire transfers with Travel X and Western Union in order for card holder to receive/send payments in a timely manner
Registered cardholders on a maritime payroll card to the “Ocean pay” database
Handled (30-50) maritime payroll card holders on a daily basis through the “Ocean pay” support ticketing system
