Pros: great store teams, the people really make the job worthwhile
Cons: management is not a very focused, energized, or even knowledgable.
If you get a good team together, the day can be very productive. Unfortunately, the schedules are structured to benefit the Store Director. Its unfortunate that the schedules are set up this way. Many times customers will complain that there just isn't enough staff to assist clientelle. Bare bones. Advancement is only based on how much the Store Director likes you, and unfortunately there isn't much beyond a supervisor or manager... which is quickly attainable. The management team is very lasidasical, lazy and really downers. They are not interested on how the store runs, only what their bonuses entail. Its sad to see.
