Since I first started here, the department has been undergoing constant non-stop restructuring. I never have the same job duties week to week. Despite this I have never seen a pay increase. My skills are undermined by the management's poor organizational skills and poor department structure. I do love my coworkers though - you know what they say, those that suffer together stay together... Although I had to leave. Hardest part of the job is that the job is always changing. There is no notice. I can have a weekend off and come back to work only to find out my hours have changed without notice and I am actually late for my shift... VERY poor departmental organization. I can't stress that enough. I recommend this organization only if you are in dire need of income and continue your job search in the mean time. 13 employees left my department within 6 months time.
There is very little respect for others across departments. Everyone is overworked and every department is understaffed. Very difficult to please patients in an environment like this. All management cares about is scores, scores, scores. They pretend to be interested in your input but you will quickly learn to not speak up--you will be shot down before you can finish your sentence.
