Pros: enjoyed working in the "field" with the customers
Cons: given as much as 18 assignments in one day
Contact customers to setup dates/times to inspect damage to motor vehicles.
Learned the basic knowledge of how an Insurance claim is handled.
Management seemed to be more concerned about the "numbers" than customer service at Bristol West.
Appraisers were always willing to help each other with the workload.
Hardest part was trying to complete as many
