What we are looking for:

The Commercial Print sales team has a fun, confident and positive attitude while assisting customers with sales and product information. A good sense of humor, resourceful mindset and passion for customer service are required.
The right person will be responsible for becoming a knowledge expert in the many products we offer as well as interacting with other departments to get the project done for each customer. Our National Account Executives/Project Managers manage accounts by processing customer orders though our software system, interacting with customers over the phone and through email, creating and managing spreadsheets, and working closely with New Business Development to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations.
What you need:
-A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field strongly preferred
-Very strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus!
-Assertiveness to see the project through from inception to completion
-Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to multi-task and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements
-The ability to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Thick skin. You are going to make mistakes, we all have. It's how you bounce back that we are interested in
-Large format screen print knowledge or experience a plus
-Enthusiasm and ideas; A+ people need only apply
