They have grown so fast that they don't care about what they used to believe in. Core values are no longer on top of list. It's about how greedy they can be and they take the dollar and then stop. Great customer service ar store level but when it get to corporate they drop the ball which makes you lose customers, respect, and your way of living! They need to be thankful for the sales people and store manager we are what keep people coming back! When you fail to deliver, service, and communicate you let everyone down! If you would focus on the customer and great customer service your company will grow so lesson one go back to core values and not how you can get a dollar! It all starts will loyal customers that can trust you and your business and word of mouth is powerful!
