Assistant Operations Manager, Houston, TX - April 25, 2014
The company was bought out almost two years ago. With the new owners in charge, our company started to fall apart. We lost over half of our clients in less than a year. They informed the supervisors to make our technicians work hard and faster but in less time and we had to discipline technicians for going over normal work hours. The company ended up being sued by the City of Houston for non-payment of taxes and satellite fees. Shortly after being finding out about problems with the city we lost almost all of our clients. The owners then laid off almost all the employees and kept enough to keep company going. Before the new owners, this was the best company to work for.
