I wouldnt recommend working for this company
Resident Adjuster, III (Former Employee), Atlanta, GASeptember 25, 2013
Cons: overload of work
Handle any new workers compensation claims that come in. Work e-mails and answer phone calls. Work diary of files that are listed for that particular day that need to be worked on for various reasons. Review incoming mail. Release medical bills after review. Pay bills that can be paid by adjuster. Handle any other admin/clerical issues that need to – more... be done, I didn't learn anything new with this Company since I have handled claims in the past. I was overloaded with work with no help. Supervisor not supportive and upper management either. The turn over is high with this company due to the morale because of the treatment that is received from supervisors and upper management not being supportive of the needs of the employees. The hardest part of my job is trying to keep my head above water due to the overload of work which causes poor product. . There is no enjoyable part of my job with this company. – less

Pros: flexible work schedule, work from home 1 day per week, no micro-management
I wanted to retire there, nothing bad to say about the company. It was the people they had in management that kept bringing in their people to prevent my advancement is what I didn't like.
