Long hours to make decent salary

Pros: able to work independently
Cons: everything other aspect is stressful.
High volume sales required and expected on a low revenue commission structure. Must meet quotas and deadlines to stay employed. Opportunities to earn substantial income are diminished by being penalized with chargebacks and deductions.

Cons: company bought out by tyco (adt)
from the manager, supervisor to the admin. what a great group of people. True definition of being a family. Everyone new each others families. never fell short on company outings. always had someone to lend you a hand from the manager rolling up his sleeve to the admin getting down and getting situations solved for you. Great learning experience and a great place to work
