Job Description: Administrative positions at BS&P are extremely important in delivering the firm's services and products. This position is responsible for delivering accounting services including the processing of tax returns and financial statements and assisting as a receptionist. Assisting as receptionist in the firm, individual is responsible for initial contact with the public, answering & directing incoming calls.
Essential job functions: Process tax returns - Prepare and bind client financial statements – Perform reception and telephone duties - Assist with mail duties - Provide assistance to all staff members including producing letters, mailings, client financial information, etc. - Adhere to Code of Ethics
Requirements: Must have at least two years related experience and possess excellent phone, MS Word and MS Excel skills. Ability to write clearly, read and interpret written information, present ideas effectively and document activities. Ability to work with individuals with various needs while adhering to the firm’s policies and procedures. Must possess excellent written and oral communication. Able to work some evenings and Saturdays during February, March and April.
