A bias team of management / HR when working with and a handful of associates. Big time turn over working for this company, can't keep or work with people. Not very professional staff, from management to associates. Learned by listening, observing when working there...along with my background experiences management staffing and HR we're the worst to delegate with . This is not a great company glad I am no longer working for a horrible place I feel for the families and the residents living there!

My thoughts are get a new crew of management from Director, Director Assist, HR, Marketing, RN Supervisor, Kitchen Supervisor, and Activity Lead person those people need to be removed or retrained or more schooling to run a senior facility. Here is another thought and I mean listen to your employees, stop the lying and mind games played do your job instead of using employees to see what's going on. With such a big turnover with the employees, here's a thought pay the employees a little more and you might get a little bit more in return as a team. Listen to your employees instead of writing them up for needless reasons. There is no " I " in team. Management, and other staffing should work together not put it all on the one or two workers to do it all .
