At least annually for inpatient, skilled nursing, corporate and home-care. Outpatient has a bi-annual increase opportunity based on key performance indicators.

At Halifax Brooks they are done once a year in December, but it's a new policy so it may change. It's normally 2.5% but if the leadership likes you you'll get the full 3%.
You also get a gain share bonus if your units meet patient satisfaction and financial goals. It's normally 3% your yearly income unless you have been on disaplinary action, then they deduct that time.
