Broward College is a large, urban higher education institution serving a diverse population of more than 55,000 students annually. In the past four decades, the college has conferred more than 65,000 associate degrees, and has been nationally ranked among the top 10 community colleges in the number of associate degrees awarded and the number of minority graduates by Community College Week magazine in its annual survey. There are Broward College campuses in Pembroke Pines, Davie and Coconut Creek and academic centers in southwest Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
