A well-established major magazine publisher in South Florida seeks a marketing and social media guru who can turbo-charge our website and social media presence.
In this newly created position, the digital producer will conceptualize, manage and execute across the Web, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram. We maintain multiple websites for magazines that serve affluent markets.
The producer will work with our sales, editorial and marketing staff members to teach best practices and how to better engage with our readers and advertisers. The digital producer also will assist in marketing our events and sales programs.
Candidate should also have experience in traditional marketing, and bring an up-beat can do attitude.
The best candidate will be able to show social media fluency and a record of achievement, with demonstrable metrics, in building a social media and web audience. Candidates should demonstrate strong writing and editing skills to produce outstanding content. Photography and video editing skills would be a plus.
Salary will be based on candidates experience.
