I loved working at this facility. The CNO was excited to work there and walked around to talk with the nurses. I would go back in a heartbeat, but left for a school opportunity. My coworkers were always helpful and had a good sense of teamwork.

Travel RN (Former Employee), Fort Lauderdale, FL – December 12, 2012
The pediatric unit was large. The diagnoses were varied and interesting. I had a lot of independence in decision making. The hardest part of the job was getting back to back admissions and implementing doctor's orders rapidly when this occurred. A typical shift included admissions and discharges, starting IVs, administering meds and treatments, feeding – more... babies and toddlers, and giving support to families. I enjoyed working with my fellow nurses, pediatricians, respiratory therapists, and other staff. – less
