very professional place to work.Management was good. A typical day for me
was working in the back office toghter with the Doc. casting, splinting, assistin in minor surgical procedures. I was also the surgical coordinator as well as front desk - specialist and office coordinator.

Management/Human Resource Department at CSMC needs to revamped.
